- To the conference venue: Go west on Chastain Road and take a right at Frey Road. The East Deck will be on your left.
- To the conference hotel: Go east on Chastain Road and take a right onto Busbee Dr. NW. The hotel will be on your left.

- There is free on-campus parking for our event in the East Deck third floor and above in Lot-A (no permit required).
- There is also a free campus bus (the black line) that will take you between the conference hotel and the conference venue. The pickup is across from the conference hotel at the KSU Center and the stop for the conference venue is the KSU Commons.

- Friday: All events take place in the Carmichael Student Center (Lower Level: University Rooms A – E)
- Saturday: All events take place in Prillaman Hall (Rooms 1000 and 1002)
