Registration for the 2020 SCSMT Conference in Nashville is now open. All conference attendees, including presenters, must register. Please use the PayPal button below (“Buy Now”) to register for the conference, using the drop-down menu to select your appropriate registration fee. Registration for the conference includes annual membership dues in SCSMT. Registrants may also additionally purchase a ticket for the 2020 SCSMT luncheon at a cost of $25 (details to follow). Fees are thus are follows:
- $45 for Regular member registration (no conference luncheon)
- $25 for Student member registration (no conference luncheon
- $70 for Regular member registration plus conference luncheon ($45 dues plus $25 lunch)
- $50 for Student member registration plus conference luncheon ($25 dues plus $25 lunch)
Note that part-time faculty or unaffiliated members are welcome to pay at the student rate, even if no longer technically holding student status.
Registration will still be allowed at the conference itself, although the rates will increase by $5 ($45 regular, $25 student).
Tickets for the luncheon will no longer be available starting February 28, so as to allow a correct headcount to be given to the restaurant in advance.
