Registration and Parking

Lipscomb University is located in the Green Hills neighborhood, about 4 miles from downtown Nashville. As this weekend is at the end of spring break, parking will not be an issue. You will want to put in 1 University Park Blvd. into your GPS and park anywhere in the large U parking area in front of Burton Health Sciences, Beaman Library, or Crissman Administration buildings.

Registration will occur in the lobby of the Thomas McMeen Music building. To get to the music building, follow the sidewalk to the right of the Burton Health Sciences building from the U parking lot. You will see the entrance to the music building on the left.

All events will occur in the McMeen Music Building or Ward Hall. Please see this campus map for exact locations. Lipscomb volunteers will be available in both areas throughout the day.

Travel by air

Nashville International Airport is located 12 miles away from campus and serves all major airlines, including Southwest, Delta, American, and United.

There are two hotels that have a block of rooms for the conference. Both hotels have agreed to hold these rooms until February 27, so please reserve your room as soon as possible.

Currently has an exhibit of the first comprehensive survey of paintings and works on paper created in the American South from 1913 to 1955

Radnor Lake State Park
When you want to get away from it all, but only want to travel 4 miles

Opry Mills
Shopping, shopping, and many many restaurants

Friday Night Entertainment

Nashville is alive every night of the week with local songwriting nights and also world class entertainment in our venues. Broadway downtown will have some entertainment in almost any restaurant throughout the weekend.
